M. P. Beebe Memorial Library, serving an area of 960 residents, has a collection of 16,800 books and periodicals. Internet terminals are available for use by the general public. Staffing consists of one employee, plus volunteers. Annual expenditures on the library collection total $2,200. Patrons make 2,600 visits annually, and check out materials 3,600 times. Forty-four percent of all check-outs are children's materials.
