The International Vinegar Museum was opened on June 4th, 1999 in Roslyn.
Vinegar Connoisseurs International and the Committee for the Advancement of Roslyn and Eden (C.A.R.E.) have joined forces to create what they believe to be the world's first and only "International Vinegar Museum."
Roslyn is on Hwy 25 northeast of Aberdeen in Day County, in the Great Lakes Region Region.
