The Star Lite is a family owned motel, offering 50 rooms in the heart of the Black Hills. It has two locations in north and south. Amenities include two story facility, interior and exterior corridors, non smoking rooms, cable TV, clock radio, fax machine, winter plug ins, free local telephone calls and two kitchenette units. Jewel Cave National Park, Wonderland Cave, Devils Tower National Monument, Historical Poker Alice House and Spearfish Canyon are the attractions. Children under 12 are free. Sturgis Motorcycle Rally Sturgis SD August5-11 Since 1938, Sturgis has welcomed motorcycle enthusiasts from across the United States and around the world to the annual Motorcycle Rally. Based out of this small community in the northern Black Hills, the Rally officially runs for seven days every August.
