Buteshire

Buteshire is an ancient island shire, consisting of the Isle of Arran, and the islands of Bute, the Cumbraes, Placida, Holy Isle, and Inchmarnoch, all lying in the Firth of Clyde. It disappeared in the reorganization of 1974.
