Trenton is located in
Gibson County (of which it is the county seat) southeast of Dryersburg along Highway 104 near the Forked Deer River and the Tigrett Waterfowl Management Area. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 4,583, a decrease of 253 since 1990.
