The Haak Winery and Vineyards consists of a little over 11,000 square feet including an 1800-sq.-ft. cellar, which is rare on the Gulf Coast. The cellar houses barrels for aging and fermenting wine. Nouveau Jacquet, Texas Chardonnay, Reserve Chardonnay, Sangiovese, and Sauvignon Blanc are among the featured wines. An experimental olive orchard consisting of two varieties of Spanish olives, Manzanillos and Sevillanos is also planted in the winery.
