Ezekial Airship

In 1902 a visionary preacher-inventor built an airship based on description found in the Biblical book Ezekial. Said to have flown briefly the ship was destroyed in a rail accident on its way to the St Louis World's Fair in 1904. Historical marker at original building site, Pittsburg Foundry. Full-sized replica is displayed at a downtown eatery.
