Cellar Fine Wines is located one half mile west of Walsh Tarleton and one quarter mile east of Westlake Drive. The Cellar was founded in 1985 by Leonard Joseph and Sue Carter. The best wines from California, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Australia and South America are coupled with a hand-picked selection of the finest Spirits, Cognac, Port and Sherry.
