The tasting room is located in the charming community of Old Town Spring, just north of Houston. There you can sample the marvelous selection of Texas and California wines, enjoy the day shopping, or grab a bite to eat in a local restaurant. Wimberley Valley currently has a 30,000-gallon storage capacity of temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
