The Island Condominiums are located on the banks of the Brazos River. The Island consists of seventy-eight total units. There are 12 one bedroom units facing the beautiful Brazos and 12 one bedroom units located on the inside parking area. The amenities include fireplace in some units, dishwasher & disposal, washer and dryer in unit, microwave and water utility paid.
