Two Spur Expediters, near San Antonio airport, is the place to hunt in Texas Hill Country. Guides, meals, and lodging are available. Black ram, addax, aoudad, axis, desert painted sheep, markhor, red lechwe, and wild boar are among the hunted species. The Hill Country taxidermists are some of the best.
