The Longview Public Library serves Longview and Gregg County. The Longview Public Library is located in a spacious 35,000 square foot facility built in 1987. The Library offers reference materials, local history, government documents, maps and microforms, magazines and newspapers, and excellent fiction and nonfiction collections for children, teens, and adults. The Library also offers books on tape, videos, and large print to complement the collection.
