Rainbow Lodge's lushly landscaped grounds, complete with waterfall and gazebo, is suitable for garden weddings, receptions and romantic engagements. It can accommodate approximately 300 guests for a standing event, and 140 for a seated dinner. Salads, pasta, chicken, or grilled seafood are offered on their dinner menu. Also available: Wild Game mixed grill, Pecan pork, buffalo ribeye, Citrus duck, Orvis salmon and Paradise Lobster.
