Pillar Bluff Vineyards is one of the newest wineries in the state. They feel that truly memorable wines are those that gain complexity with time and judicious care. The grape varieties and blending designs produce a memorable Texas wine that will stand eye-to-eye with any competitor from any nation. They offer Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Merlot. The tasting room is open only on Saturdays.
