Spearman is located northeast of
Amarillo between
Stinnett and
Perryton along on Hwys 15 and 51 near Palo Duro Reservoir and the TexasOklahoma state line.
Today they have industries include grain storage, shipping, gas, oil, refineries, irrigated farming, and cattle. In 1920 the town was established, and it is the seat of Hansford County.
