Built in dairy-barn style, complete with silo, center tells the story of the dairy industry and exhibits recall early dairy production--a 1930s scene with mother separating cream while child churns butter, and early-day barn scene. Also an old-time soda fountain dispensing malts and sundaes, and a general store gift shop. Mobile dairy classroom travels to schools. In Civic Center Complex.
