Mikeska's Barbecue and Catering

Mikeska's Barbecue and Catering is a family owned and operated business. It has three locations in the town, and one just outside town on Hwy 59. It specializes in barbecue brisket and sausage. Menus range from fresh homemade barbecue beef, smoked sausage, chicken, pork, and fresh cut steaks. It also serves chicken fried steak, fried chicken, chicken spaghetti and fajitas. Hors d'oeuvre and finger foods are also available. All barbecues are cooked with pecan smoked wood. They offer catering for variety of banquets including weddings, company picnics, school functions, anniversaries, grand openings, and governmental ceremonies. The Banquet room can accommodate up to 200 persons.
