The Sun Valley Motor Hotel is a family owned and operated hotel. All our rooms are ground-floor and most of our units feature carports for your convenience. The hotel complex sits on a lush 5 acre complex of tropical plants and bushes. The tropical setting is further enhanced by the newly opened TropiCasa (a new addition to Richard's Restaurant and Lounge) with poolside dining, exotic Carribean and Mexican cuisine plus a wide variety of your favorite beverages, which can all be enjoyed beside the area's largest outdoor hotel pool.
