Held Thanksgiving through New Year's day features millions of tiny white lights, one of the largest concerted light shows in the country. Hundreds of outlined buildings and decorate windows; entire neighborhoods decorate around a common theme. More than 125,000 lights decorate the festival's 'jewel', the historic Courthouse Museum.
