Russian Bishop's House

Located within the Sitka National Historical Park, the Russian Bishop House is one of three surviving examples of Russian colonial architecture in North America. The house was once the headquarters of the Russian Orthodox diocese of Sitka and residence of the Bishop. It also served as office, mission school, and personal chapel of the first bishop in Alaska.

This original 1843 log structure features exhibits and a refurbished Bishop's living quarters.
