Comments: Excellent guides, great adventure! The listing for the excursion indicates "moderate" in activity. This would only be true if you are someone who works out regularly. There are steep inclines to bike and hike. I feel it should read "moderate - strenuous" My daily activity in life in very low. I almost couldn't make it yet it was much easier for others.
