Best Friends Animal Sanctuary |
The nations largest lifelong care sanctuary for companion animals. Tours depart daily. This isn't just a shelter. There are many different departments like; Dogtown, there are about 750 at the sanctuary on any given day. Wildcats Village about 750 cats live at the TLC Cat Club for kitties with special needs and the mostly alley cats who prefer each other's company. At the Horse Haven about 35 horses roam the pastures of Angel Canyon, along with a variety of goats, pigs, and other farm animals. The Bunny House is indeed full of bunnies. And Wild & Feathered Friends is our rehabilitation center for wildlife. Visitors and volunteers are welcome.
