Academy West offers classes designed to develop coordination, flexibility, strength and power, motor skills, self esteem and confidence, social interaction, and the fundamentals of movement. It is a member club of USA gymnastics and offers sessions in gymnastics for children. 9000 sq ft containing state-of-the-art gymnastics equipment including a spring board floor, 4 sets uneven parallel bars, 10 beams, new vault table, trampoline tumble track, tumbling ski floor, trampoline with harness, and single/double mini tramps is available. It also offers dance classes in Jazz, Ballet, and Tap.
