Fort Duchesne

Fort Duchesne is located in Uintah County west of Vernal along US 40/191 on the banks of the Duchesne River near the Colorado/Utah border.

It is part of the Uintah and Ouray Indian Reservation, and offers wild river rides in Chapoose Canyon.
