Located 10 miles north of Salt Lake City, opened in 1966. Very affordable green fees. Golf carts and golf clubs can be rented by the golfer. The course's season runs from March to October with a high running from June to August. For 18 holes the par is 71. To reserve tee times call Mondays for Tuesday through Friday, call Thursday for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. This course was formerly known as West Bountiful City Golf Course.

Malad Valley Welsh Festival Malad City ID June28-July1 Today, Malad Valley has the largest per capita concentration of people of Welsh ancestry outside the country of Wales itself. For that reason, many residents of the Valley wanted to reestablish their Welsh roots. In 2005, after a 90 year break, this annual cultural event, now called the Malad Valley Welsh Festival, once again became a reality.
