Founded in 1931 as a non profit private institution to enhance the visual arts in Utah. Changing contemporary visual art exhibits are featured. The Art Center School offers classes for adults in photography, ceramics and digital imaging. There is an auditorium available for films, lectures and performances, and the shop features art books, cards and publications. The Art Center is available for receptions and private parties. Closed Monday and holidays.

Malad Valley Welsh Festival Malad City ID June28-July1 Today, Malad Valley has the largest per capita concentration of people of Welsh ancestry outside the country of Wales itself. For that reason, many residents of the Valley wanted to reestablish their Welsh roots. In 2005, after a 90 year break, this annual cultural event, now called the Malad Valley Welsh Festival, once again became a reality.
