The Distinctive African American Art exhibits contemporary works by artists Charles Bibbs, Rosalind McGary, Synthia Saint James, and Raymond Lark. The gallery also features sculptures, figurines, artifacts and hand thrown pottery from New Guinea, masks from Africa, and a large collection of Maasai statues. It is a venue for poetry readings, receptions, and special events.
