Virginia Living Museum is ideally located between Williamsburg and Virginia Beach. Boardwalk is a fantastic experience as it crosses Deer Park Lake and winds through the woods. Many of the museum's favorite animals now have new homes -- bald eagles, bobcats, deer, turkeys, skunk, opossum, and the grey fox. This carefully protected museum offers a natural enviornment for animals and plants. The activities include weekend safaris, astronomy classes, early birds, nature adventure club, summer fun for kids, summer field adventures, and Mother Nature is a traveling road show.
