Franklin County Parks & Recreation is located at 2150 Sontag Road in Rocky Mount, Virginia. The park offers a scenic mountain bike/walking trail, two picnic shelter facilities, amphitheatre, pond, tennis courts, basketball court, two ball fields for baseball and softball and two soccer fields. Soon to come is a sand volleyball court. Each picnic shelter has a playground and restrooms available.
