Historic Sully Site

This home was built in 1794 by Richard Bland Lee, uncle of Robert E. Lee and northern Virginia's first congressman. The land was inherited by his father, Henry Lee II. The house was situated on what was originally a 3,111 acre tract.

On the National Register for Historic Places, and accredited by the American Association of Museums, Sully also includes original outbuildings, representative slave quarter and gardens.
