The Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is a 569-bed tertiary care facility and is home to the area’s only Level I Trauma Center and burn trauma unit. It is also Virginia’s only hospital that is ranked among the top 100 cardiovascular hospitals in the United States for five consecutive years.
