Located in the restored Williams-Brown House Store, which served as a residence and store during the Civil War. Built in 1845, the house sits on the Great Wagon Road where stagecoaches, pioneers on horseback and Confederate soldiers traveled. Exhibits include a collection of local American Indian artifacts and displays that trace Salem history from its early settlement to present day. Guided tours are available. Open Tuesday-Friday 10am-4pm, Saturday noon-5pm.
