The Ashby inn and restaurant is located in the quiet village of Paris. The inn provides six guest rooms with individual baths. Each is furnished with 19th-century pieces, including four-poster beds, hand-painted wardrobes, quilts, oriental rugs and blanket chests. Four rooms have wood burning fireplaces. The restaurant offers Wednesday through Saturday dinner and Sunday brunch. The Inn’s four dining rooms range from cozy banquettes with stunning artwork to the original kitchen with its full-service bar and fireplace. It also offers facilities for conferences, meetings, and weddings.
