Dockside dining is the norm at this open-air restaurant close
to the St John ferry dock at Redhook. This fish is so fresh
you can see it coming in from one of the boats docked just steps
away. Yellow fin tuna seviche marinated in lime, onion and
white wine is a favorite. Entree's inlcude a grilled fillet
of whaoo with pineapple and cucumber sauce and sea bass
poached in spiced carrot essence and topped with caviar.
Steak, poultry and pasta lovers will find something good
on the menu, too.
