Isaac Bay, at
St. Croix's east end of the island is nearly impossible to reach without a four-wheel-drive vehicle, but well worth the trip if your seeking some seclusion and calm swimming, plus a barrier reef for snorkeling. You can reach Isaac Bay via foothpaths from Jacks Bay.
