Located on a prime harbor promontory east of Charlotte Amalie like a permanently anchored cruise ship, this resort and the adjoining Morning Star Beach Resorts are St. Thomas's full-service American superhotels. All 517 rooms are spacious and furnished with contemporary furniture in soft pastels. Many Frenchmen's Reef rooms have glorious ocean and harbor views, but a few look out over the parking lot. Morning Star rooms are more luxurious, in buildings tucked away among the foilage that stretches along the fine white sand of Morning Star Beach.
