Market Square

Formally called Rothchild Francis Square, it's a giant place

to stop for a fresh fruit snack. A cadre of old-timers sell

papaya, tannia roots, and herbs; and sidewalk vendors offer

a variety of African fabrics and artifacts; tie-dyed cotton

clothes at good prices and fresh squeezed fruit juices.
