Nestled in the water's edge in downtown Cruz Bay is Saychelle's
where the house specialty is Bouillabaisse, served with ailoi
toasts. Other entrees include grilled fresh fish, shrimp
flambeed in gin, marinated pork tenderloin with pineapple
black bean salsa, and pasta with a choice of six different
sauces, including basil-pesto and primavera. Try salmon
carpaccio, marinated mussels and conch fritters also on the
menu! No lunch is served.
