Sprat Hall

Sprat Hall is a 20 acre seaside property with a `like-home`

atmosphere, located more than a mile north of

Frederiksted. The property is on a 17th century plantation

with the older rooms containing antiques, four-poster beds

and planter's chairs. Modern rooms and cottages are spread

out all over the estate. Only one great-house room has

air-conditioning. Horseback riding facilities are

a favorite here.
