It is located in the heart of the Upper Connecticut River Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire, known for its quiet beauty, cultural attractions and year-round, outdoor recreational opportunities. The property is a mile from the center of Norwich and less than three miles from Hanover, New Hampshire and the Dartmouth College campus.

Beaver Meadow Bed and Breakfast is an 1880s farmhouse renovated to provide modern amenities without sacrificing the warmth and charm of its past. It is furnished with antiques and surrounded by trees and gardens. The three bedrooms, furnished largely with family antiques, features homemade quilts and modern, private baths.

From April to November, guests are offered the option of staying in the Lilac Cottage. This cozy hideaway with a queen-size bed has its own outside deck facing the back lawn and flower gardens. For privacy and quiet, the cottage is the perfect spot.
