The Hob Knob Inn rests on a wooded hillside in a beautiful rural setting. The main building comprises 17 spacious and tastefully decorated rooms with private entrances and an interior connecting hallway. All rooms have private baths, TV, telephones, coffee makers and individual thermostats; some have balconies. Two rooms contain king-size beds and fireplaces, and a spacious suite boasts a kitchen, fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. On a wooded knoll near the restaurant is a unique, rustic cabin. The intimate dining room is dominated by a huge fieldstone fireplace, hand-hewn beams and ceiling-high windows. The inn is just two miles from historic Stowe village and four miles from Mount Mansfield, both close to great downhill and cross-country ski centers.
