Knight Island is located in northern Lake Champlain and can be reached only by boat. The area offers trails, nature observation, and primitive camping facilities. Camping is by permit only on designated sites and a permit may be obtained at the caretaker's residence. Also, there are no sanitary facilities nor potable water available.
