Jeudevine Memorial Library

Jeudevine Memorial Library, serving an area of 3,200 residents, has a collection of 7,800 books and periodicals; in addition, there are 147 CDs, records, cassettes and other audio materials, as well as 260 video items, such as DVDs and VHS tapes.

Staffing consists of one employee, plus volunteers. Annual expenditures on the library collection total $2,700. Patrons make 4,200 visits annually, and check out materials 5,600 times. Forty-six percent of all check-outs are children's materials.
