Five campsites are available on the entire 125-acre Woods Island. This island is located in Lake Champlain, 2 miles north of Burton Island and there is no ferry service available.
The five campsites are linked by a scenic island trail system. The campsites are widely spaced around the island in a 2.5-mile perimeter. There are no facilities; each campsite is a cleared, level area with space for pitching a tent or two. Fires are not permitted on Woods Island.
