Buckley is a trade center for the farming area a couple miles south of Enumclaw on the White River. Buckley was one of the earliest settlements in Washington. Buckley is home to Buckley Nursery, where the Pacific Gold Peach was created - the first peach that could be grown in the Northwest climate. Buckley is part of the Tacoma, WA metro area.
