Search Spokane Washington

Located in Spokane's historic Browne's Addition neighborhood, the Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture houses one of the most significant American Indian Collections in the U.S. The museum has more than 35,000 Native items, mostly from the Plateau region of the Pacific Northwest, but due to limited exhibition space, only about 150 items are on display at any one time.

Art shows and lectures by members of area tribes are held, as well as a 10-day course on the Salish culture and language.
