This plantation style home was built in 1907 by William Harbert, a business pioneer in the Mount Vernon area. New in 2001 to the Colonial Manor is a small pond and water spill. We also have a new air conditioning unit to keep guests comfortable in the warm summer months.
Feel free to wander our 1.4 acres of beautiful fruit trees, and enjoy the views of the famous Skagit Valley tulip fields in the distance.
