The College of Yoga is a community that supports your passion about sharing the powers and delights of yoga. The curriculum of the college is designed to explore the whole of yoga. Though your focus will be on learning to teach asana in the safest and most effective ways, you will also explore everything from the subtle inner realms of yoga to the outer practical concerns. It offers 30-minute class, yoga for kids, prenatal, postnatal, early morning classes for beginners, and ongoing classes.
