The museum is located in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area and is housed in the former Bingen Congregational Church, which was dedicated in 1912.
Displays include logging and farming tools, pioneer clothing, historical documents, and Native American artifacts, which provide information about the history of Western Klickitat and Eastern Skamania Counties.
The museum is open Thursday through Sunday in the summer months. There is a small admission charge.
This is just one of the many Historical Museums located throughout Washington.
