Jerry is a dedicated, successful full-time Realtor serving Puyallup, Tacoma and Pierce County for 25 years. He moved to Tacoma, and graduated from the University of Puget Sound Business School in 1971 with honors, after which he decided to enter the real estate profession. Jerry has continually strived to gain the knowledge and skills required to keep him on top of the real estate profession. He guarantees his clients' satisfaction and has a continuous referral base from scores of past clients. He was the owner of his own real estate firm 1981-1986. He has expertise in residential sales, land acquisition and development, appraisal and valuation of real estate, commercial sales, and leasing and business brokerage.
